In the guide, once the front came off, you can see small gold-coloured thingy's on the white thing (get it?). Are those gold thingy's the lights? If so, then making the D-pad the only button emitting blue light would be impossible, wouldnt it?

if ur looking jus to take the front cover off,to get to the keys, i suggest u jus use a guitar pluck or sum thin bit of plastic to open it up

The velvet blue has a whit backlight on the keys except for the the buttons that light up when you turn on the camera, it's pretty annoying you'd think they would give it a blu backlight considering that it is the blue velvet one

Basically the white light is covered by a plastic which let's the light through but it's coloured so you can make it look blue.

You know the sweet wrappers, which you are coloured, and a kind of plastic material, like the ones you get in quality streets, you can see through them but the image might be a different colour for obvious reasons. Thats the kind of paper you need.

The touch sensitive don't come in the way at all, I think. They are a perfect touch to this slick phone. Get it, you wont regret it.
