Arnel's a great singer but he's no steve perry....No Crap no ones steve perry that's not arnels fault he's an awesome singer and the best I've heard sing for the band since steve left. Arnel will never have the hits steve helped make but I believe this chapter of journey is making some great music together. They're like any band who loses the singer you'll always have people say the band sucks just because the original or a certain lineup that person prefered isn't the same.

I don't know if you had already uploaded it in HQ, it's been 5 months, but what I do is convert it in Divx/Xvidavi. Then I choose, Xvid and then upload it in yt with bulkupload plugin. It would just takes 3 mins.
