vote early or absentee! they don't check your reasons, you can avoid long lines on election day, ensure more people get to vote, oh and use the optical scanner voting machine, it won't crash / lose votes because the paper ballots can always be recounted.

I agree. Senator Obama is very intelligent and he is getting my vote on election day, but to say he is going to be the best President of all time is pushing it. To say that he is going to have a larger impact and be more influential than the likes of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt and George Washington is just ridiculous to say right now.

McCain thinks that Putin is the President of Germany, that Zapatero (Spain NATO ally) is from Latin America, he doesn't know who the supreme leader of Iran is, nor does he know the Iran shi'ias from the Iraqi sunnis, tho the latter are on our payroll. i agree with what lthom33 just said. a lot of the mccain voters really know that obama is a better choice, but race is holding them back. i don't blame them though, this was a very racist country only 40 years ago, and those people are still voting today. i just hope that obama wins and he can take this country back on track.

I saw Obama in Leesburg, VA last week & he was amazing! There were over 30,000 people. Tim Kaine thought he was in Woodstock! Obama is intelligent, rational,& decent. It's obvious his intentions are to bring the country & people together & make a difference. Unfortunately, you're right~it's the race card holding some back. If it came down to my job & keeping my home, I would vote for cowardly dog if I had to but not McCain/Palin. They would totally destroy what's left.

that's a really good point. it's amazing tha people know that voting for mccain is risking their jobs, their homes, and their money - and even safety - but their predjudice still makes them vote, even if it's the first time, for mccain because their hate is so strong. america is really saying one thing and doing the other.
