Dubs are great and this anime is one of the best animes ive seen dubbed. ive been watching anime for a very long time, even before i knew there were japanese versions of it. GIVE EVERYTHING A TRY!and in all honesty David Moo is a perfect actor for Xellos. ... In this on the otherhand the surroundings and the story are about medieval times so the best language is english.

i think this is the best voice for this type of anime. My opinion is that when storyline and place what story is about that should determine what language the roles should be spoken. Meaning that if the story and place are about samurais and katanas and such of things, you'd expect to hear japanese, so that's why i think in anime like bleach is best spoken in japanese, and thats why english doesn't sound quite right.

I love his voice for the character because it's unique, you hear this voice, you think of NO ONE else but Xellos. Lina, Amelia, Gourry and Zelgadis have good voices, but all can be mistaken for others, there is no mistaking this Xellos.

The new one, I tolerate because he does seem to interpret the character correctly, though I hate the soft voice that's just so Gary Stu.

I enjoy his english voice, I think it fits him. His character more often then not provides the comic relief, so it's suitably goofy. However, during serious moments, his voice doesn't ruin his menacing presence.

If you don't like him, you'll be happy to know that he was replaced for the last two season (the 2008/2009 one)
