Saying that the song chooses the song implies that because nothing really ever changes in the song itself (notes, melodies), the speed must also stay the same. In reality, there's no real denying that it is a person that changes the original speed of a song, whether it be by accident or not. Because it says cover, he was trying to REPLAY the song on piano.

For example, no matter how many times you listen to it, a song will NEVER change, the beat and rhythm will stay the same. My point is that the title is very misleading if he was making a rendition rather than cover.
