SAIC (military industrial complex) & its employees come from the CIA/NSA. EAI is a homeland security corp they own. SAIC Bechtel is a joint venture subsidiary. Bechtel was/is run by George Schultz (CFR) who chaired the North American Forum in Banff discussing the NAU.
