This guy makes sense but these are all kettle bell movements and exercises. You can use dumbbells however kettle bells are even more effective, safe and efficient tools for working out.I'm still interested in his workout structure. Is he legit?
These workouts are great, I've been doing them for 3 years. Life changing. But don't over do it with the weights you can hurt yourself. I'm using 25 pounders, but I'm going to lighten up a bit, 15 pounders really is all you need with this workout.
This is a great adaptation of the kettlebell RKC method to dumbbells. Except for some shoddy swing technique, these seem like very effective exercises. I recommend kettlebells for the quick lifts due to the more challenging momentum of a freely swinging bell, but for grinds, a dumbbell would work about the same.
I have a question, you know how when you workout hard you get sore, well I played football and been sore for about 3 days, is that helping my muscles get bigger or?? just wanna know
can you do this about 5 days a week i'm askin because i used to do construction and i want to get back in shape for my new job that starts in about a month and is this as affective or more than just standard weightlifting
