I would say the most annoying are Wheelie, Blurr, Shrapnel, all of the Dinobots (I know everyone disagrees), Daniel, Wreck-Gar, Warpath, Powerglide, Arcee, Seaspray, and of course, Chip and Spike (pre-Season 3)

Wheelie or Daniel, probably. I'm sure it's someone in season 3 (though oddly enough that's still my favorite season). I need to refresh my memory.

Wheelie. Definitely Wheelie. Blurr and Daniel tied for second. I remember hating season 3 as a kid, but doesn't look so bad nowadays. It was a season of extremes. Had some of the best and worst of the series
