I find it strange that of all the ponies brought up in this intro, half of them barely even has speaking roles in the actual episodes and movies. I've watched through pretty much all of them, and Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Toola-Roola were nothing more than background ponies, and Cheerilee was used as another character altogether, a unicorn. Why not mention Minty? Or Sky Wishes? Or Rarity, for that matter?

Who were also bronies. but one problem, they hate hasbro. Watch this, then watch FiM's intro. This one tries to lay down a backstory for every character, while FiM's says like two or three words about them at most.

This is over 1 minute long, FiM's is about 30 seconds. This one is kind of poppy, while FiM's starts out old-school and turns into a rockin' tune.

And while I absolutely prefer the art style of FiM, I won't lie, this version was decently animated, although it's way too cute for its own good.

This screams "little girl". FiM doesn't.
