  • Forrr narniaaaaaaaaaa

  • It sounds like you're flooding it....

  • A hairball the size of a soccer ball.

  • We told you not to eat the tree... but you wouldn't listen

  • If I was a lion, I'd want to live in a zoo. Free food, vet care, some ladies always hanging with me, a warm place to sleep, and the occasional kid throwing cotton candy or something into the enclosure.

Then again, I'm a pretty lazy person. :P

  • @blackbriar246 LOLOLOL

  • The place the animal is at is not the one to blame. The type of people that come to zoos can be incredibly stupid though. The park this lion is at actually removes people from the park if they are caught whistling or trying to get the animal's attention.

  • He's letting us know not to get close. Lions do this several times a day to let other animals and humans know not to enter it's territory.

  • i dont understand all this hate for zoos i love to think that we bring animals from all over the world and give them nice safe shelters where no harm will come to them and let people that would never get to see certain animals if we lived in a world without zoo's

  • They may be captive, but they also get to live much longer in a zoo.

  • @TehChillinJuggalo I agree with you in some respects. I think animals kept in captivity that is obviously unsuitable and small and/or are not treated properly are bad and I feel bad for the animals. But SOME zoos/sanctuaries/wildlife parks are beautiful and the animals that live there are treated well and have it better than if they lived in the wild.

  • I find it disgusting to see tourists taunting captive animals like that...if they were beside one they would change their whole perspective on the situation

  • animals are the most innocent and are so perfect on earth. It's us we need to be fenced in, sorry but its true. We are a danger to them, not the other way around unfortunately

  • and that would be where my tour ends....

  • I think he is shouting for freedome

fuckin leave him in the wild he is naturaly there, and any try to fix that nature is going to hurt it, instead of catching those illegal hunters and throw them into prisons!

  • Why the fuck are some people so against zoo's? They are necessary to keep the endangered species around. Because the fuckin idiots in asia think they are good in medicine, and morons think they look good as coats.

  • i have no idea

  • sounds like the lion equivalent of pukin up a hair ball lol

  • poor lion

  • It was as if the lion was crying for help !!!

  • Dude you are a Lion not a dog so stop acting like one OK!!

  • @TehChillinJuggalo You go, boy!

  • me before my coffee

  • Lion: i am king on the jungle.. i shall have my revenge!

  • why is that lion imitating a nhra drag car at idle?

    silly lion

  • That lion was like, "yall muthafuckers lucky there is a barrier between us or else I'd fuck yall up".

  • Im gonna go to that zoo. Hope the fence. And drop kick the shit out of that lion untill it learns some manners.

  • @SupremeAmerican you forgot to also state that would would be mauled and die very quickly by attempting such stunt

  • @keyblade280 the fuck i would boy son howdy do da i tell you what.

  • @SupremeAmerican sorry in English, i don't speak dumb yank

  • yeah some humans like these can be dicks!!!

  • it seems cold that day

  • i always thought a lions roar would be a bit more intimating......i wouldnt be saying that if i was infront of one though

  • @Yashaboy117 It was INTENSE. I was about 60-80 feet away and I could feel it in my chest. You could tell that you wouldn't want to be on the angry side of a lion. I think that one was just lonely for his mate...

  • @egnilk66 really that close? never mind then

  • @egnilk66 i dont get it what happend

  • @Yashaboy117 It is in person...very intimidating

  • @Yashaboy117 This wasn't his full roar, this was just a soft warning, cause people were already far away and not getting any closer. So he knew they are not getting any near. A full angry roar will sound something really nasty...

  • @MrChutzpah2002 This isn't a angry roar.. normaly in nature they do that to let the other lions know where he is, or he is calling for other lions where they are.

  • @Yashaboy117 Didn't look angry, just a demonstration. Kind of like singing, crooning if you will like Frank Sinatra. An angry lion is unmistakable, you can see the rage in his eyes and face. This lion had no rage, just some boastful singing to do.

  • @Yashaboy117 When i lion got for a reall roar i can be heard 5 miles aways so

  • lol sounds like a louder version of my cat trying to puke up a hairball on my carpet.

  • All I can say is, I hate zoo's almost as much as I hate humans... People need to be thankfull of these animals, and respect them as if there was no fence between them.

  • @ttdantt10384 You probably have some hamsters and goldfish, too.

  • @egnilk66 Your making fun of someone who simply says to respect the animals? You think that those enclosures could keep them in if they really got angry? But ttdantt is wrong about zoos. This park rescues them and actually has brought many species that were close to extinction back to healthy wild populations.

  • @MrFloppywaffles You're saying that I'm making fun of someone, but I'm not really sure what you're talking about.

  • @egnilk66 He said that you should respect the animals as if there was nothing in between you and them and you cracked a joke.

  • @MrFloppywaffles Hmm...Not sure. Don't remember that. Maybe he was being a whiny little girl about it.

  • @egnilk66 What? Is it that hard to respect the animals like you would if nothing was between you and the animal?

  • @MrFloppywaffles Do you have any idea what you're talking about? This video is all about having much respect for that lion.

  • @MrFloppywaffles The bottom line is this....when you're a whiny bitch...you get treated like a whiny bitch.

  • @egnilk66 The guy said to respect the animals and you cracked a joke making it seem as if he is wrong. Yes, the video seemed respectful but I don't understand why you cracked a joke at that guy.

  • @MrFloppywaffles I'm guessing he said something like "Humans should all be killed, this is horrible... THat lion would eat you up. how can you not admonish such zoos, they hurt the feelings of animals. animals should be respected." or something like that. Yes, animals deserve respect.

  • @ttdantt10384 Not all zoos are good to their animals, but basically the point of zoos is to teach people (specifically kids) about animals so they can respect them and WANT to save them. People only know what they're taught and what they've learned--that is why we have zoos to teach people about the goodness of animals.

  • @PrincessDindella Hi, thanks for responding in positive manner. I know that you mean well in what you are saying.. Although we will have to agree to disagree on this. Zoo's are in it for the profit, maybe not the workers, but the founders of the zoo certainly are.

I believe that these animals are better off in the wild, where they can roam free. Whether people grow to respect them or not, what good is a dead lion to a human?

We don't eat them, nor do we sell there body parts..

  • @PrincessDindella And I believe if a human wants to go and see the animals, they should go on safari to see them. At least give money to the African safari parks, not to the fat greedy corporates of wealthy countries.

  • @PrincessDindella And the reason the video got me, is because the lion is distressed, thats why its moaning. Quite upsetting to watch for me that. Just wanna jump in there and let him out. lol

  • @ttdantt10384 when we start killing poachers on sight & hunting down & exterminating the poachers' trophy-collecting bosses, along with their spouses & vermin young, then we can finally bid farewell to zoos. but i'd rather be able to see a lion in a zoo than have to go to a museum.

  • @ttdantt10384 That's wrong. Zoo's are saving lions with breeding.

  • Animals should be in the wild, zoo's are just stupid, unless of course they save an animal that needs help or something..

  • someone must be teasing it or something out of the camera's sight... the lion isn't even hardly looking @ the camera. i feel bad for this lion.

  • @HoosierPuppie WTF are you talking about? Teasing a lion?? with what, a candy bar or something? Would you expect a lion to be looking right at my camera? There were 50 people there....all with cameras. maybe he was looking into someone elses.

  • this is sad, that lion is not even a shadow of what a real lion in the jungle is. He looks sick and sad, he sounds strange, this is a slow dead without honour for this king.

  • @mikeborja1 GMAFB.

  • @mikeborja1 He "looks" sad? A slow death without honor? Where do you dumbasses come up with this stuff? Here he'll be fed and given professional vet care until he dies naturally of old age, how is that "not honorable".

A shadow of what a real lion in the jungle is? Oh, please tell me Mr. Canadian, how many wild lions have *you* seen that you can tell us this? I'm guessing none, unless your rich white ass paid to go to Africa to look at them.

Oh, and lions don't live in the jungle, fool.

  • he comes

  • @LegendaryPlanet twice.

  • XD people are saying humans should die, which I think is stupid!

  • @G0tchya Is that really how lions feel? How the fuck do you know?

  • You should stop relying on emotion and use some brain power.... There have been plenty of occasions when lions have feasted on humans....maybe for fun.

Google "Tsavo Lions" or "Lions Kill Humans".

You should go see this place...they have it pretty good.

    You're an Obama supporter....aren't you?

  • @G0tchya They prefer to eat humans over bits of meat....maybe you should go down and offer yourself up so it can feel like it's getting a good meal.

  • humans are disgusting. we should be extinct and not animals

  • @skaterobban Commit suicide then and get us started off on the right foot, you fucking waste of space.

  • all of u dont know what he wants to tell us thats the fact xD realize it

  • lol @ the peta fags thinkin they know everything about animal behaviour and at the fact that most of these peta fags are between 10 and 21.

  • i didnt understand anything?

  • thats not a sad roar. thats a grunt telling the people that they are in his territory. its basically "this is my turf. im the boss here. make sure u dont forget that."

  • Actually, the keepers said that this was a call to his mate, who they had removed to another location on the property earlier that day.

  • wow, human beings can be so heartless

  • Heartless?

  • @LileeSoeliani19 that's impossible human beings can't live if the don't have hearts, and for those who don't they're probably dead, or unconceived. But if they're unconcieved they never had on to begin with.

  • @PokeNarutard yeah, well, i know that you know that i meant that literally.

  • Lions - You Knight

  • Wow was it loud.

  • king of hairballs? lol

  • Would you people stop saying stuff like "poor lion", "he's sad" and so on? If you don't know what a roar means, than don't talk non-sense. It has nothing to do with sadness.

  • he's sad is probably wrong, but there's nothing wrong with saying 'poor lion'. lion only has a tiny little territory, and people are constantly 'in' it, but he can't protect it from them due to the fence. s'gotta be frustrating as hell for him, something i see as fine to pity or feel bad for him about.

  • Of course you should pity this animal for being held in an enclosure against its will. But the roar doesn't express its sadness. It has nothing to do with it and many people don't want to understand that. Those people don't know anything about lions.

  • hey dumbass dont tell people what to do

  • poor lion

  • thats pretty bad asss

  • I've heard of cats coughing up an hairball, this one must be way down in his throat. -lol No really what a set of lungs, how would you like to be walking down a trail at night in africa and hear that sound close by? I'll just stay in the good ole USA thank you very much!

  • good roars

  • Iron Sheik lets us all know

  • is this the same as the san diego zoo?

  • No....but they're related and only about 30 minutes from one another.

  • What zoo is this?

  • San Diego Wild Animal Park

  • he looks really healthy

  • lol that was so loud that I had to turn the volume down.

  • Roars from lions can be heard from over 5 miles away.

  • No big cat should be housed in a park.

  • Oh no? How, then, should we study them so as to help preserve them in the wild?

What if they've been injured badly? Should we leave them out there for the hyenas to eat? I actually think the answer to that is "yes"....but I'm curious what you think.

  • prpd35 clearly has a great argument

  • sounds like me with my head in the bowl

after a long night of heavy drinking. haha

  • HAHAHAHAHHAHAA

  • I havent heard about that animal park/zoo, but do you think the lion and the other animal enjoy to be there? Im not saying that is wrong (even if in my opinion is wrong) to put animal in a animal park or zoo but just wonder if that park is good for the animal?

  • Dude, those animals are well fed and well sexed. They don't risk being poached/hunted. The scientific benefit of having a few animals in parks like this far outweighs the emotional breakdowns that people have over it.

I think it's fine. What's not fine is the way the chinese/koreans shove 20 dogs into a cage before skinning them alive...

  • what a magestic creature...

  • you felt the rorar in your chest beacuse you can hear that roar for like about a mile

  • Pretty quick roar compared to others ^^

  • Maybe so....but the point was that I'm about 40 feet from it and can feel the roar in my chest. It was pretty amazing.

  • I'm not suprised ^^' If I remember right, you can hear the roar up to 8km away. (I work at a wildlife park myself so I would know from the two lions there) XD

  • lol

  • (to the comment below)... obviously trying to get some pussy... duh.

  • what is the lion trying to do?

  • where the hell is a fence or something how are you protected from the animal?

  • hehe, there's a thing called ZOOM on my camera... it let's me get closer than the fence.

Actually, I usually just protect myself from lions with my bare hands. ;)

  • thats what im saying when you zoomed out i still cant see the fence so it kind of looks deceiving

  • Ah... I see what you mean. There's a moat. WHen I zoom out you can see a little bit of a ledge... that's like 18 feet deep and about 15 feet across with a fence on one side and some little zapper spikes on the other.

  • I worked on the construction of that exhibit (artificial rock work)and the new tram station near there, he would do that in the evening when he was seperated from the female.

  • sounds like its orgasming

  • It might have been....I am pretty handsome.

  • haha

  • lol

  • Really nice video and nice sound!

  • Thanks!

  • Beau et impressionnant.

  • sounds like a killer exhaust system :-) I love it!! 5 stars

  • Sooo ture omfg i fell off my fucking chair, i'm still laughing
