Ichigo will lose his shinigami powers coz hes gonna use final getsuuga tenshou on Aizen... so in conclusion Rukia will have to go back permanently and leave Ichigo on Earth. And I dun think the Gotei 13 will allow her to go back as she might accidentally give another asshole spiritual powers again... then when Ichi grows old he'll die and rebirth in SS without any memories. Then Rukia raises him and stuff...

@KyuubiSannin The only problem with that is that people who die and enter the Soul Society have memories of their former life on Earth. The only place in all of Bleach were people don't retain their memories is that one line in Memories of Nobody when Ichigo did not think Senna should remember her life on Earth, but Memories of Nobody was not cannon and had nothing to do with the main manga storyline.

That part, just maybe, when Rukia completes high school ( coz its when they split up to other schools so its the perfect time for Rukia to go back to her Shinigami life - they wont know where Rukia went and said that was just casual )
