if you have a headache first dont touch your head try reflexology instead you can try either your feets or your hands pressing the tip of your toes or fingers while inhaling and relaxing pression while exhaling it is better to massage all the hand or feet in harmony with deep breathing but increasing the time on the fingers or toes but if the headache is too strong your best army is tatatatachannn PARACETAMOL

wow -- i've always instinctively touched that area in the back of head when i get a headache. it's amazing how sometimes our instincts can be in line with what years of practice suggest!
