i play re5 and i have upgraded the skorpion gun all the way, and i cant get the gatling gun. i think it is bc there is a glitch on the gun where when i have full capacity, it doesnt say it is upgraded whole way

Now, obviously, they didn't realize that you were in Mercenaries where you can't unlock weapons, but the gun they mentioned IS in the game.

@GRINCH4687 In case you didn't know the handles at the very top of the leaderboards are all fucking hackers themselves, the time goes slower on their videos so they can accumulate time faster on mercenaries, hence their high scores. Also the majinis seem to come at them wallking and showing up one after the other, whereas in the real games majinis take come at you running and in bunches.
