Chucky is way better than Leprechaun and Pennywise, he should be lil higher. Hannibal Lector is better than Freddy? I highly dout it, I love Hannibal but he's not as a psychotic slasher than Freddy or Jigsaw. Also, Leatherface isn't really the best though.
