All the mini kits have terrible sound on the hi hat and crash, they sound like tin, if you buy the mini kits, plan on getting new cymbals for both!

The kit is a DeRosa DRM312 on a lift kit (so I can use a big boy pedal) with new heads and a Sabian splash instead of the tin cymbal that it comes with. The hi-hat is a separate piece as well. It's a CB Percussion JRX07C Mini Hi Hat Stand with Cymbals.
