  • Rod Serling was born on Christmas Day! Don't believe me? Go look it up.

  • i think if somebody sees a bigfoot they are gonna know they saw a bigfoot, the whole imagination thing is stupid, unless they are all doped up, and i dont think they are, a lot of people have seen these things, maybe they climb up into the trees when they know people are around, and maybe they know what we are ,dangerous,so they get out of sight until we,re gone.

  • got to love the psycho killer sound effect haha

  • 35 years later and no evidence of any of them. Mystery solved......there was never any mystery.

  • @cf80to01 funny thing is they never find bear carcass after they die either dumbass.

  • @SureShotSav If you shoot the bear with a rifle there is a carcass.....dumbass. Virtually every person in the first and second world has a digital camera and/or a cell phone w/camera on their person at all times, yet no clear photographic/video evidence.....dumbass. Evidence does not have to be a body....dumbass. Read the comment before you respond....dumbass.

  • @cf80to01 im not talking about shooting anything u fuckin retard. when bears die naturally, how often to people find their bodies, make reports on it, NEVER. the migrating theory makes sense for a bigfoot, how the fuck u gonna find that shit? o ya, because everyone is out there looking right? DUMBASS DUMBASS. where did i mention shooting anything?

  • @SureShotSav I was talking about evidence. EVIDENCE.....proof. You are obviously aware of some that I have not seen. Show me proof. Not a fuzzy photo, shaky video or sketchy eye witness. You can't because it does not exist. If that proof existed it would be accepted by the scientific community.

  • @cf80to01 lol i say the same thing about god show me proof show me evidence

  • @kakarot138 Good point. I'll start holding my breath......you let me know when someone shows you the EVIDENCE of the existence of God.

  • had a dream once it was a about these three what i thought wher big feets and they wher looking up in a tree.they looked like they wher about hundred fity yards away and they didnt see me so i yeld down to i think i said HEY this was a misstake before i could pannic so i could wake up this thing had me by the throte my feet dangling in the air, woke up out of breath and had to pee scared of the woods

  • I agree with the psychiatrist, even if you don't really believe in this stuff, just thinking about it does make the world more "colorful and exciting."

  • @NeverDoubt1 Yeah, let's turn it into *&*&^&^% politics like everything else in this rotten country!

  • ya theres gotta be a retarded monkey/human thing on the mountain. Thumbs up if you agree.

  • @whitneymarch yeh its called a democrat!

  • MOMO is as real as the nose on your face. I almost ran one over. As I passed, it looked me in the eyes. As God is my witness I tell you the truth.

  • how big was it, were you frightful? If you were to hit it would you have injured or killed it? Where/when/time was this? What did it do, did it snarl, scream?

  • what is a momo?

  • I'm not sure, looks like cousin it, with no neck and big black eyes on its pumpkin like forehead.

  • oh ok, ty :)

  • oh yeah new giant elephants in nepal how do you miss that? new giant bear in russia (thanx alot georga now noone will see it in a zoo) king cheetah, okapi alive, that prehistoric tree (how did that one run away and hide, didn't) kodiacs in alaska alive and that polar/grizzly cross breed in the wild.

  • There was an edited version of this called the 'Maybe monsters', only peter Graves replaced Serling as the narrator.

  • Yes,but it was called Mysterious Monsters and used to be available on YouTube before all the bullshit copyright claims.

  • Bigfoot or Sasquatch is real dude! That's a fact. Can't ignore dermal ridges.

  • Most the nessie sightings have been proven as hoaxes.

  • Ok people let me clear this up for you all. 1. BIGFOOT DOESNT EXIST, THE GUY WHO HIM AND HIS FRIENDS WHO WERE PLAYING A JOKE AND DIDNT THINK THAT IT WOULD TURN INTO A CRISIS EVEN SHOWED THE COSTUME AND SAID SO.

    2. MAYBE ITS THE SAME WITH THE YETI.

    3. WHY DOES EVERYONE MAKE A DEAL ABOUT NESSIE? JUST LEAVE THE POOR THING ALONE.

  • Wait a second there, Singingprincessofice.

You don't believe in bigfoot (despite years of eyewitness accounts, undetermined DNA and dermal-ridged footprints, plus the fact that the person who claimed to be in the bigfoot costume has never showed anyone the costume) ...

but you believe in the Nessie? Did I miss something here?

  • Well the reason why i believe in nessie is cause there is actually a sorta/kinda true because there might be a chance that nessie can exist. Its cause the water is deep enough to hold a monster that big. But i know this might sound weird but i think that when the dinosaurs died from the meteor/volcano i think that the water still could support life so maybe there is a nessie. The hoaxes happen so people can be on the news or get money for sightings. I believe wat i want.

  • Plus the fact that the man claiming to be bigfoot waited until after the other dudes death to open his mouth, aHHahahAH bunch of baloney I tell ya.

  • "The Smithsonian is concerned with studying truth..."

The way he said this, it strikes me as something a politician would say right before he's caught with his hand in the till. Maybe that's why they're getting a $150 million bonus this year out of the pockets of taxpayers.

  • thx man 5*

  • Does anyone out there think in 2012 that we will be visited by aliens? A sort of progress report and checking up on us?

  • Genius! Thanks a squillion for posting this. :-)

  • One of the great Monster documentaries of the seventies! Rod Serling narrates this classic. Watched with fasination when I was a kid, takes me back!

  • Rod Serling, what a voice!

  • This show ignited the public's fascination with Big Foot more so than even the Patterson film of 1967 (which oddly enough isn't even mentioned in this 1974 documentary).

  • @gaIIery The Patterson film was mentioned and featured when this special was originally aired on CBS. I remember because in my eyes that was the first time I've seen that famous footage. The next time I've seen that Patterson film was in that theater documentary feature,BIGFOOT - MAN OR BEAST,alongside the main feature,CRY OF THE WILD.Yet,the sequence was excluded when merged as part of the DAVID WOLPER presents series.

  • @kokujin1014 For that matter, gallery, this entire special was later revamped into that docu-movie,THE MYSTERIOUS MONSTERS,featuring the late Peter Graves.

  • @kokujin1014 I'm gonna respectfully disagree because I remember this special, too when CBS originally ran it back in the 70's. I even taped the audio with my old cassette tape recorder (we didn't have vcr's back then of course) and I don't recall Patterson's film being included. I sure do however recall it being included in "The Mysterious Monsters" when I went to see that movie on my birthday. Boy was Serling ever a better host and narrator than Peter Graves.

  • @gaIIery My counterpoint....I still say the Patterson footage was included in the special due to the following reasons: My interest to the Bigfoot/Sasquatch phenomenon began when I first saw and read a chapter about it in an issue of Reader's Digest in 1973,I think. This article included that famous still- shot photo of "it". The first time I actually saw the film footage was on the MONSTERS - MYSTERIES OR MYTH? special on CBS,in fact it was shown at the top of the show......

  • @gaIIery ......perhaps it was one of those extra added footages inserted in the CBS broadcast, because when I seen that same special years later as part of the DAVID WOLPER presents series,my thoughts were,"Hey,what happened to the Patterson film footage that I saw before?" Second reason: I remembered how I jolted upon seeing that film. The next time I've seen the Patterson film, after that, was at the box office in that docu-feature,BIGFOOT, MAN OR BEAST,double-billed with CRY OF THE WILD.,,,

  • @gaIIery ......the one shown at the box office was a 20 minute condensed version of the full feature. I never got to see the 90 minute version until it was aired on TNT. To me, the later docu-movie,THE MYSTERIOUS MONSTERS,was nothing more but an extended version of the MONSTER-MYSTERIES OR MYTH? special. But I do agree with thee that Rod Serling was the better narrator than Peter Graves, with due respect to the latter.

  • @kokujin1014 Yes, The Mysterious Monsters was indeed just a pimped out version of Wolper's tv special with more recreations of eye witness big foot encounters and, blown up for the big screen (which was actually a pretty thrilling way to see it), the famous Patterson film. "Look at that!" I gushed to my friend Ian as that lady sasquatch sashayed across the screen. Hilight of the movie really.

  • @gaIIery The biggest letdown of all took place three years ago. On David Wolper's website,I asked if they'll ever plan to release the special on dvd. Never received a reply. WELL! Great chatting with you,Gallery!

  • @kokujin1014 One question, kokujin: Do you believe? :-)

  • @gaIIery Yes,I do!
