how does it pass smog with the o/r x in california cause i live in california and i would like to run an o/r x but i know it wont pass smog so what do you do

Power isn't as noticeable without a tune. But you can feel it. There's no way to pass smog with the O/R X. Hence the name "off-road"

Really an 03? haha i guess i dont even know what car i drive. Anyone can see that the 99 and 00 GT's have the hood with no scoop, that style spoiler, and the side vents instead of the side scoops. But im guessing you know more about mustangs

oh yeah, a crownvic interceptor is able to run around 135, but hardly ever any faster than that.

runnin from the cops is a stupid idea no matter what.Those interceptors are faster than your car, and the chances of the average officer being a better driver than you are are pretty good. Yes i know your car is capable of 140+, but the crownvic will keep up till about 120 at least. so where are you going to go more than that to get away from them. You either got a ticket, and didnt show that part, or you got really friggin lucky.
