  • i was looking for along time the song of this video..finally a found it..if you want to see the lyrics of this amazing song..search "sugababes- stronger" i think this song is apropiate for the topic..bullying..

  • whats the name of this song? i like it..and this scared me..really..im lucky that im not bullied. anymore...thanks god..but i watch bullying in my school with a girl..only because she was friendly and a little "freak"..bahh..please can you tell me the name of this song? thanks...and guys..please talk if you are victims of this..

  • @vaneytito im older uglier man now, but was bullied when younger, messed me up for years, till 1 day in 6 th grade, id had enough. 1 of the popular boys in school picked on me like 30 min in front entire class, (teacher was in glass office attached to class class watched science film while he graded tests we'd completed earlier, so teacher mr delongschomp, could see class but not hear word or sound) so, this kid made fun of me like half hour picked, poked, ridiculed, etc, on on on, , ,

  • ( @vanett part 2) he made fun of me in front entire class i had had pimples then, had few that formed bermuda triangle to him etc these types joke put downs, half class laughing at me. i sat there quiet, had take it for 30 min, str8,,,finally BELL RANG class over,, iwalked out door of class outside first ahead of entire class, i stopped outside door dropped my backpack books rt there, waited as first quarter or so of class filed out door in front of me, until finally,

  • 0:22 is just scaryy, i cant stop looking at it. i still cant believe bullying still exists, doesn't everyone kno that bullied ppl might suicide bcuz of them??? why r pplz so stupid to make ppl go to death as an answer????? STUPID PPLZ, STOP MAKING THE HUMAN WORLD LOOK BAD. >=(

  • At the site, is it only to get helped or also to help others? Some of my friends say i'm quite good at talking about serious stuff, so wana try to help people.

  • @JFgamer297 You can apply to become a cybermentor on the site, and then yes you can mentor young people online :) Give it a go, register online, we're always looking for more people to join the site and help out.

  • @Beatbullying Cus of a bussy i hadn't yet tried to look on the site. But I was just on the site, and now I saw you have to live in the UK to become a cyber mentor :(. I live in holland myself, but really wana help people. Is there still a way to become a mentor? you know by any chance?

  • @JFgamer297 go for it!

i became a user in january and then trained and now i am a CyberMentor

its a fantastic opertunity to do your bit to help change the world for the better...dont waste it, dont throw it away

  • @sadbutterfly1020 I already forgot about this! thanks for reminding me. I'll look into this this weekend, taking my time. Can you explain how it works exactlly? you get trained to help people? I really wana help people, so can you help provide additional details? Much appriciated!

  • @JFgamer297

you can go and get traind allowing you to help people of course you can also get help first and before you have the chance to be trained

after that you'r able to help anyone requesting it

  • omg that poor girl just a shout out if your being bullied don't afraid there just a couple of people jelous of u and you need to stand up to them if u do they will stop just me ive been through it

  • Meh I can't put all my rant up :P But here's an important tid-bit,

As Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. Stated "Our lives begin to end the day we stay silent about the things that matter"

    It matches this movie too

  • experiences when stripped of their ability to communicate either by being ashamed or angered(Angered meaning that they want to fight back but somewhere inside something tells them not to.). It won't just go away, also, because bullies bully so that they can feel superior because they are insecure too.

  • You, yourself, go through a long period were even you alienate yourself from anyone close to you, angered by possible pity or afraid of the others reactions to it. Anyone who hasn't been bullied usually doesn't understand the pain and isolation one goes through or the dehumanization one experiences when stripped of their ability to communicate either by being ashamed or angered(Angered meaning that they want to fight back but somewhere inside something tells them not to.).

  • You can't not react when you're being socially alienated. You have no refuge. And we need to be able to TALK to others. If you've never experienced this thing called "Bullying" you can't give advice. If you have, and this worked for you, awesome. But that's not the case for everyone.

  • @postkip Really? Cause the guys that bulied me kept coming back when I would fight back and they always out numbered me. For 6 months I had to fight my way home nearly every day. Standing up for yourself is great but you will need help. Get it

  • i was bullied during my school years from elementary to high-school and it was no fun, i didn't have good clothing like the other kids sometimes wearing the same clothing the next day or more, i too was overweight, my teacher took me away from the kids and placed my desk next too hers...i had suicidal thoughts, i made my self get expelled twice to not face school, and i even skipped school or made my mom think i was sick just to stay home, i was depressed, i developed schizophrenia...etc etc

  • @spookylocopv I hope that what you suffered from Elementary through High School has not kept you down. It hurts hearing about people being bullied. People can be so mean saying hurtful things. I'm 44 and Mom of 2 girls. My youngest has been bullied from 4th though 7th grade. She has real low self esteem is extremely shy, an has been suicidal several times. She sees her therapist once a week or more. They click! Know I'm here cheering you on as you make your way through life. *gentle hugs*

  • Well, kids commite suicide because of bulllying.

  • Bullying is a form of "Discrimination"

  • Thats not in anyway funny. My experience didn't put me in that mindset but only because I had a supportive family to go home to. What if a person's home is abusive aswell? I know from experience how that prolonged bullying and mental abuse feels and it changes the way you think. Just consider that.

  • Your experience is just one example. I know the kid that did the shooting at thurston High in springfield OR in 1998. His mom was my Spanish teacher and they were loving, caring attentive parents. A lot of people were bullied as kids and it made them stronger better people.

  • It is awesome to speak out against BULLYING! Decide not to be a BY-STANDER-- that's an awesome thing.

    Tony- NO BULLYING WARRIOR...

  • I was bullied during my high school, none wants to be my friend, Im ugly, im fat, and my face full of pimple. Im not the smartest in class.

but now, I have a good job, im a trend setter, im influential in my country, Im appear in local tv and international tv, magazines, internet, and the most important of all Im happy.

and those people still a NO BODY.

  • THUMBS UP! :)

  • hopefuly i can be like you one day :)

  • @selphie0 thats right most of the bullys dont have the most basic needs to fit the grow up world. Their anger, their need to feed on peoples fears, end in pure disgrace later. No one whants a anger, and destructive person on their companies. I was pretty in high school, and high avarege in class, but i never ever done that, start fights with bullys to save the weaker ones. My friends were ugly, smart and fragil, because i believe in justice, and i believe those people make true friends. cheers

  • @NiaSilva oh and they are pretty now (as they were inside all the time, and later from outside), with good jobs and still good friends.

  • @selphie0 lol,,yeah,, thats ALWAYS WHAT HAPPENS the bullies become cops or criminals or other form of scumbags, and the ones got bullied get degrees invent things become something, good job, good people etc.... btw sorry u got bullied i think most of did at some point, i hurt so deep when look at kids and think of that and how mean kids are at times, so cruel, now that i big strong man n can destroy people, lol, i wish i could escort bullied kids round till bullied n could stomp some bullybootie

  • theres video of this awesome boy , something like,,"bully gets owned" where bulied awesome, sweet really cool boy, gets terrorized abused, finally snaps, lifts bully over his head slamms him on the cement,,, awesomest thing ive ever seen,, i highly agree learn mma kick boxing boxing, etc much as you can do puchups pull ups at home excersise,, when bullied? knock block off. wont be bullied any more and actually become popular for beating bully standing up yourself, just

  • dear god, i didn't know people were so cruel. everybody has there line in which they just snap, we shouldn't make fun of somebody (especially on the internet, cmon guys where's your maturity) for that. can you really blame somebody for being more sensitive than others?

  • It'd be nice if they did -_-

  • i think this is for mentoring from being harassed irl. you probably have no idea what thats like.

  • You say this till you get bullied. Bullying is more then what you think it is. Maybe you should take a walk in someones shoes whos being bullied. And you face the thoughts of always wanting to kill yourself because it hurts that bad but having to hold it in. You try not giving in when people torment you. Its not as easy as block and delete. Theres somthing called real life bullying, theres no button that says delete nor block. Just saying :)

  • @BubblesBabeXoX true, most of these people dont understand how its like for them.

  • @BubblesBabeXoX Well said!!! What an awesome testament as to how it feels to be bullied. Thanks for sharing & putting it in black & white. I wish everyone felt the way you do... My youngest daughter has been bullied for so long now. We are active parents and support our daughter 100% in all that she wants to be & do. Often it feels like I'm not doing enough to help her. Being a parent is wonderful most of the time. It hurts so bad not to be able to help fix every problem they have. Tnx 4 posting

  • wow how do u know all of this do u have it or are expernceing it

  • seriously, that was a good video, and the people that put bad comments are probably the people that are the bullies, and dont have enough social life or self esteem, so they out other people down to put themselves on top!

  • in high school i was betupso bad and i didn;;t know who to talk to all i couldn't do anything but take it omg i hate it so much i missed a total of 250 days in high school i didn't have to take the beatings anymore

  • that scared me.

  • In a word: children. They get upset about the tiniest things because they're still developing self esteem. Adults should have the ability to cope with bullying and smack talking. Children are far more susceptible to being hurt by words. Really, parents just need to step up and mentor their children, but since so many parents fail at that things like CyberMentors are established to help where they can.

  • Your a 100% right!!! I talk to my 7 year old daily about whats going on so I know if there is a issue and I talk to him about other peoples feelings because he is about 9 inches taller than the avg kid his age.

  • I tell him to look out for people who need his help and stick up for the weaker because they are people and we all matter. So far things are great because 2nd grade they are still children but talking to your child is our job and for us to teach...

  • I am building a little man and I want to do it right!!! My sons teacher thanks me like I did her a favor for turning in his home work, umm people, the teachers do US a Favor, I tell her thank you, she is helping me, I am not helping her, its my job as a FATHER to make sure he does the best he can... He is falling behind because of a medical reason, he couldn't sleep because his tonsils are to big so we just had them removed, Parents, Its Our children!!

  • We have to do the leg work and the teacher can help US to get our kids where they need to be, don't leave it up to the teachers!! I always manage a little league team and I had parents from my 18 year old son team thru the years tell me, your kid is so good, mine doesn't know how to play, I ask, do you go to the batting cages or play catch? They always so no, well thats the proble, I make over 150K a year and still have time for my kids!!!

  • cool, I like that kind of message but people don't always listen, luckily there hits a point in my family where people stop picking on us because we're bigger than them

  • Bullying is a ugly thing

  • ahhh i saw this on the bus add

  • @moominpic

10 year old kids that bully others can be arrested and thrown in jail.

There is no need to worry about the kid being damaged from being in jail, they can go to the same psychologists that failed to prevent bullied kids from committing suicide!

  • Your probably right, bullying will never fully stop but we need to show our support for the victims.

Victims who feel they have support can make all the differences in the world. The children killing themselves are not being too sensitive, they're just so desperate to find a way out and are so unhappy that they feel this is the only way out. Standing up for yourself is easier said than done for some kids.

  • i think being bullied taught me to stand up for myself a bit more, otherwise I would've been a pansy. but something bad about the bullying, now I have problems trusting people and asking em for help.

which makes me a pessimist but I guess that's how it turns out. it also made me a bit more empathetic, knowing how it felt to be thrown around.

I was at the very bottom of the totem pole the whole time in elementary school. now I'm better, still have social problems but I'm better than before.

  • I can relate to what your saying here well done!

I'm glad things are getting better for you and as for the trust issue, it not easy but in time it will be.

  • What do you think is the solution to end bullying??

  • as someone who was bullied, i felt like i had no power over what was happening. i see ur point but i would like to say tell an adult it is wayy easier if u do.

  • thumbs up for getting the message out! - peace & love

  • Glad to know there's people working to fight against bullyingg.

  • thanks

  • Wow.... powerful message.... Thanks!!!

  • use this hate as energy for being very good at something.. like sports or art, and have a look at the philosofer Nietzsche he's very motivating..

I felt screwed like for 4 years I workedout I studied and started making music.. and now all the people I hate look up on me and it's worth it, don't be the victim

  • Question: What souless bastard would place the blame on the person BEING bullied? I don't know how many websites and blogs I have seen where somebody would put blame on the victim. I have done a great deal of research on bullying. I have spoke with parents, doctors of all kinds, as well as teachers and administrators. NOT ONE OF THEM would say the victim of bullying deserves the blame. To think anyone could point the finger at the victims makes me sick.

  • A good and powerful message. Don't be afraid to talk to someone about bullying or homophobic attacks - remember you are not alone. A problem shared is a problem halved. There are people who care for you and about even though you may not know them.

  • hmm, creepy yet very touching. still, i spent most of my life being bullied, but so far, those losers always ended up in the streets (believe me, I'd seen them ask for money every now and then, haha, little arses)

It just goes to show that the little time you spent doing something useful and the more you waste your time being an ass, the more fate would give you less in the future.

eye for an eye, in a more fair way.

  • I've been bullied, a lot, mostly because of my weight. I used to be at the point to where, "Maybe they're right, maybe I am ugly and fat". People are idiots and don't know what harm they can cause someone. I hate bullies and want to express my feelings to people....

  • bullying is wrong

  • i know how this feels like, you guys below me who are making fun of this should be ashamed of yourself.

  • Easier said than done when you feel totally alone.

  • omg, that is so sad

  • i was bullied in middle school but that shit was weak now that i look back on it. now i try to help those who are being bullied. like my brother, he came back from school some weeks ago saying this one guy wouldn't stop picking on him. i told him to tell his teachers and then his counselor about the problem(didn't want to get mom and dad involved) and he hasn't been bothered since. i win :)

  • @LolCaramelz people who bully are pathetic, they only take out their insecurities on people who are better than them, they're not strong enough to realise that they're not flawless just like everyone else.

  • @jonathanharwood No, that's not the case. You don't suffer from this bullying because your tough and you have experience, but everyone is like you, trolls hurt people.

  • OH MY GOSH!

That's crazy! Take to someone if you being bullied!

DON'T ever hide it. 'Cause it makes things worst.

  • the worst part of bullying besides suicide is that it can stay with a victim all their lives if they dont get help .dont let do this . share your fears there evil dont let them win.

  • It's not always as easy as learning to kick ass. Especially if your family doesn't stand up for you. Believe me, I know from experience.

  • I support this. Actually, I'm willing to help anyone that has gone through this. I don't know the rest of the world but in Mexico there's no real support for kids that have gone through it. The government has started a campaign against it but it's about as helpful as the office in charge of animal rights. It's ridiculous. We should be able to help in someway since we too went through it. And it's shit.

  • i was BADLY bullied through most of my school years till only recently. it stoped in a way that you might think is totaly stupid and never guna work, but beleive me. it will most likely work. i became FRIENDS with the guy who was being a jerk. hes popular, now i am more popular because of him.1 day when he wasnt insulting me, i asked him if he liked comody, he said yes, we got into a conversation, he stoped being a jerk to me, and now we are good friends. this wont always work, so be careful.

  • @unbeatabol I don't agree with this approach. I would never be friendly with a bully. As far as I am concerned, all bullies are enemies and remain that way for life. I never forget. "Don't get mad, get even".

  • What are you going to do to get even though? Words are sweet, but actions are bitter.

  • thats sad

  • well apperently u didnt understand the video... so dont hate. and some people actually die from being bullyed or they commit suicide.

  • I know that this post was directed towards someone else but if I can be so bold as to add my two cent piece: Pursuing a vendetta against someone can be quite counter-productive. Not only does it lowers you to their level, it deadens something inside you. Trust me when I state that allowing anger to control your judgment and mentally faculties is akin to allowing the bully right into your mind. Now, I'm not saying to not fight back; to the contrary, do so. Yet be careful how you decide to fight.

  • kinda creepy and totally true

  • Wow that was sad. I thought the girl was going to fix her dolls, but at the end she was sewing up her mouth. Poor thing.

  • That's a pretty negative outlook on life.

Life isn't fair but try to focus more on the positive outlooks.

  • Wow is this a different cut? I'd never seen the version where u see the needle going thru her lip! Maybe a l8 night version? Im sad this advert was banned, its graphic but very effective

  • Omg thats creepy but I feel bad for people getting bullied.Bullys are all cowards and only do it coz they feel bad about themselves!!

  • wow.really powerful. i was bullied and stood by and watched others being bullied, wish i would have spoke out, or had option to.

good song as well, who is it?

  • I observed this video a few days ago on MarketingWeek. Firstly M&C Saatchi have done a good job of putting the message across. Though its shock advertising - sometimes it is necessary.

In case, you are being bullied speak up. Its good to talk, sometimes necessary. There is always someone who can tell you how to fight back, how to deal with it. :)

Having been a victim who never spoke up, I know what am talking off. I recovered, I figured out a way to combat - not everyone can be that lucky.

  • also those who are getting bullied theres always a nice person ir ur class who doesnt agree with what other ppl are doing to u and may tend to tell ppl to leave u alone. go up to them and ask them for help:D im sure they will help you.

  • that advert is horible lol D: and those who are being bullied if u need some 1 to talk to i dnt mind giving u a few words of advice :D and if u are getting bullied try playing an online game were you can make friends that dnt mistreat u for the way u look because they only love you for ur personality, as thats all they can see :D

  • i kinda get the point, but there's always someone a person can talk to never assume your alone in being bullied, find others being bullied maybe, but find support from somewhere, most importantly remember, it's not worth hurting yourself over...

  • When I told the teachers I was being bullied, they joined in.

Mainly because my clothes "were bringing down the tone of the school" apparently.

The teachers bullied me so badly for having no money, no nice clothes, etc.. acting like kids crap out ten pound notes or something.

My parents bullied me right from the start, and did nothing to prevent bullying even from teachers. They planned to have me, then took out all their aggression on me. There's only so much that kids can do all alone.

  • i am sorry to hear that your teachers gave you a hard time, sometimes it happens though... atleast you spoke up, hopefully this will pass, i was bullied by a few people, it's not worth hurting yourself over...

  • Having kids to act out frustrations is the rule. Whoever breaks this cycle is a real hero. Treat your kids with respect, and you've beaten them all.

  • Don't understand why this was banded from the TV. surely its ment to be a bit shocking so that people emphasis more with the subject!

  • No Dont Think Of It! You Can Ask To Move Schools Or Something, Never Take Any Life, Even If Its Yours. Think Of Your Family! And Ending Your Life Would Only Give Them The SAtisfaction That THEY'VE Won So Call A Child Help Service :)

    Hope This Helps :)

  • that was sick, but i meant alot. Kids shouldnt keep their mouths shut about bullying, its time to fight back!

  • This is an excellent video :) if anyone out there needs help, if its bullying or any other problems then I am here for you =D

    AdvicePage x

  • i was bullied as a child for wearing glasses, and this video reminds me what it was like, i think it's great people are helping kids talk about bullying, so please keep up the good work :)

  • Wow, fantastic video presenting a really serious issue. I hope it does help people contact this charity if they are being bullied

  • The shock/publicity value will certainly create a greater awareness for bullying.

Kids speaking to other kids is a great idea too.

  • Great shock/publicity value, but will it actually help people speak out?

  • If it makes it into the mainstream press, then no doubt it will help people...
