neither of these examples show what the video title claims. in the first example the two militants are standing up exposing a large target area because the child is small. in the second example the militant is almost completely exposed because hes dragging the child. from this video its more likely that the first example shows no imminent danger as nobody in the video appears in fear of being shot at and the second example looks like the militant is getting the child out of harms way.

It looks as though he is taking the one child who is out into the open into a safer place, judging by how the other children are looking to the right rather than the left. All that is needed is a few extra seconds, why is this video cut in such a way? Also how do you know they are Hamas?

i served in the israeli army, i was in gaza... i can tell you that an IDF soldier is not allow to fire unless he permited to do so, and checked that there are no civilians on range. and that only in case he were fired first and afterwards he got to ask for permission from his commander by radio contact to fire.
the hamas terrorists were hiding between kids and inside hospitals!!

I think that soldiers do their jobs mostly fine. But if you are in battle, and you think Arabs have no rights to be there, when you're firing you're weapon, you're not going to care as much. That is where it comes from, a lot of Israelis do not see Arabs as the native population who were there first.

It's called confirmation bias. They have already taken a firm stance against Israel, and will therefore ignore all evidence to the contrary i.e., video proof of Hamas using Palestinian civilians as shields. Israel is a democracy, where all minorities, including Arab Muslims are afforded rights, and thus they will allow criticism. However, it should be noted that exaggerated and disproportional amounts of critism is a form of propanganda, and could be construed as racism.
