you can get it for free by adding a new source to cydia
cydia.xsellize.com
then search for multiflow again and there will be a free version too! thumbs up to spread

I prefer MULTI CLEANER which is more like Circuitous. IMO...The windows of multiflow are overkill since it is hard to see what app is even open.
