Hey Sonia, if you want a black pencil that wont smudge when you put it in the waterline...you should look into buying the Milani Liquifeye Pencil Liner....its like $6 at CVS or Target.....it's really black and doesn't smudge...i used to have the smudging problem and i looked like i had a black eye or something. lol....but not since I bought that Milani liner.
