I miss the days where you could walk up to a place you were interested in applying to, and speak to a hiring manager. I miss the days where you could do follow up and actually get a call back regarding the status of your application. Everything is so DEPERSONALIZED. They call themselves Human Resources but they don't want to talk to you. Im glad you found a job, man. Career Builder did shit for me.
