Whats the deal with the softheads and hardheads? Did the soft ones come first?

Are they worth more/rarer??

yeah the soft rubber heads came first. they were only around for the first couple of shipments which makes them way more rare and more valuable. there are packaging variations that sometimes come into play but these numbers give the gist of it. loose complete hard head figures get about $5-$10 packaged $20-$30. soft heads $10-$20 loose $40-$150 packaged.
