I'm not even going to try this one just yet but imagine it will feel awesome when you are able to have such fantastic balance... I remember being able to do that as a child no worries - what happened lol! Makes me realise the importance of encouraging your children to keep nimble.
I'm not the instructor here, but there truly is no time limit. But I'm sure it'll take approximately 43 days, regardless of practice regularity, diet, mental connection, age, sex, overall health, level of determination or desire.
...Nah. I've known people who have taken years of working to get to headstand, and I know one very spiritual girl who managed to go into it in months from starting yoga. Just keep an open mind and never blame your body.
cool! thanks for posting! I find it easier to have both knees bent before doing the full headstand as opposed to going straight into the posture following the daulphin-like pose. It helps you achieve a better sense of balance, but I guess you naturally got it!
