ok im going to be simple and clear with this to you. I CAN USE WHAT EvER PROGRAMS I WANT ON MY LAPTOP (no hacks needed) exept for installers coz they dont work...ok so if you want any program to wotk do this. Open my computer and in the adress bar up the top type in C:/ and it will take you to the C drive. go into program files and make a folder deep in there somewere and wa-la all you programs work...websites are still blocked on other web browsers btw..DONT TEL ANY TEACHERS OR ADULTS BOUT THIS

Oh and myLaptop has been in repair for over a term.

The day after I handed mine in for repairs the repair guy showed up fixed other laptops with similar problems didn't fix mine. They (Technical Service Guys) sent my laptop in for repairs elsewhere and keep asking about and they get no response and the 2010 Rollout laptops are better than the 2009 ones. Thank You so much Department of Education and Training.

Even if they just gave us a decent processor instead of this intel atom shit the laptop would be a lot smoother. I actually dont even turn mine off because of how long it takes booting up. I dont even have my laptop im on a loan laptop because the backlight in the LCD shat itself
