Very nice performance. Some of the moves could still use a little work, but many were great. And the presentation was great, except for a few spots were I felt you should have been a little more open with the hands. There were a few spots where it looked like you were trying too hard to cover something up.
I only saw a few spots that flashed and only a few areas that may require more practice to be fluid but there were no errors. To everyone saying bad things I say repost your own and til then shut up. kudos to you young lady and keep up the good work! I use all of those passes and I know they are not easy.
@BaByCat you have a very nice routine and nice and smooth sleights but the problem is that when you vanish a coin the coin that is holding the coin is always in a very awkward position . So rather than it being magic routine. It look more like a 'try to see where can i hide the coin in hands ' routine . But you have a very good audience control time. such as looking into the audience time and such . sooooo........ good luck :)
I think its only fair to mention that you have an unfair advantage over the average magician (and you know how to use it!) you do not need the expense of a beautiful assistant to misdirect the audience. I think that as a magician of some years your routine was as beautiful as you are, although some of your palms could do with a little more work, especially when hidden the holding hand could be at a better angle. But it was 2.06 of viewing pleasure!

Im a big fan of David Stones work myself, but his coin magic is just unnatural. In my opinion what makes coin magic amazing is smooth natural movements, where hes very showy.

Well done. a few mishaps here and there but i only saw them the 3rd time watching (yea, I am that much of a loser that i watched it 4x's in a row). Amazing job though.

Her card stuff is impressive, but her coin work... not that impressive. A much bigger coin could help. She has really big hands, naturally coins will seem tiny. So bigger coin is a must. Also she needs to grasp the concept of "Retention of Vision" that was not too good. Again... card = great.
One of magic's fundamentals is misdirection,it took me four view's to even see the magic through the stunning red hair,smile and beauty. Great routine too. Thanks for sharing.
@screenbean691:40 the right hand goes out of camera shot and the large coin is stolen from behind the body. I think we need a fuller shot to evaluate this routine properly. Stealing things out of camera shot should not really be part of a performance.

that was great. your very pretty and it seems like you use that and the way you move to really make this performance. and your sleight of hand is really smooth and you got your angles perfect. the one thing that wasn't so smooth was this 1:44 but i like how you applied that card vanish to a big coin at the end.
Alright, I'm never going to be able to follow the coin. I keep staring at the eyes and the hair and... What I'm really trying to say is you'ld make it a lot easier to follow if you'ld stop being pretty.
just to help out ur hands always look like there in an unatural position like when u did the french drop u adjusted the coin into a palm and ur hand was in a weird looking shape all u could do is let friction hold the coin for a little bit and once the misdirection of the other hand takes place then adjust the coin when its fully out of site. message me for more tips that i cant mention here ill tell u the exact timings and why it didnt come out perfectly.

Agreeing with a bunch of previous posts... Yep, very pretty. And you really need to work on some of your palming techniques. It's sometimes pretty obvious where the coin is just from how unnaturally contorted the hand holding it appears.
Overall, a smooth performance that I'd watch on the street happily... mostly because you're attractive and appear to enjoy performing.

Lol, I literally just uploaded a video the other day with nearly the exact same title. I didn't even know there was another one like mine. Mine routine is a lot shorter, mind you. Nice performance though, it is not often I see a lot of female illusionists. :)
The jumbo coin was well handled after it was produced. But if i was a female magician id be muscle passing coins from a retention into my bra tbh. It follows the psychology of a person not looking there, and your hands move so much then they'll never see it! ahh well just a thought =)
Kate, don't listen to these guys who are critisizing your coin magic skills, I would bet $100 they don't perform much less create anything magicial. Your routine is beautifully constructed. It was fantastic and artistic in every sense of the word. It had what 99% of coin magic is lacking.....Entertaining to watch!!!!

Your coin techniques need work, the coin is to easy to follow even for a lay person the moves are to bold and and not very convincing you should stay away from the david stone style routines and seek influence from the likes of jay sankey, david roth, kainoa harbottle and the legendary tony slydini , i dont mean to offend by saying all this just my opinion, but to comment on your card skills lol..... they fcuking rock keep up the good work.
use bigger coins like silver half dollar. and believe that u are placing coin in your hand work on fake. Dont use only david stone's move's. Music and video quality are great :). watch ponta the smith and his routines
@patricky9 holly shit man, if you want to cath the girl just say you dont need to say that is the "most impressive manipulation" she is good, but i think that, she needs to show more the coin, and do moh slow moviments, if she does this, the manipulation is more impressive

A friend of mine has spent 3 months trying to master Pontas Routine.
But anyhow. I'm a magic performer somewhat. This is my cousins channel mostly, i have a few vids uploaded.

just to help out ur hands always look like there in an unatural position like when u did the french drop u adjusted the coin into a palm and ur hand was in a weird looking shape all u could do is let friction hold the coin for a little bit and once the misdirection of the other hand takes place then adjust the coin when its fully out of site. message me for more tips that i cant mention here ill tell u the exact timings and why it didnt come out perfectly.

and you're not so bad at all, because the most female magicians that I've seen are bad at card magic and coin magic, but you're one of the best

Agreeing with a bunch of previous posts... Yep, very pretty. And you really need to work on some of your palming techniques. It's sometimes pretty obvious where the coin is just from how unnaturally contorted the hand holding it appears.
Overall, a smooth performance that I'd watch on the street happily... mostly because you're attractive and appear to enjoy performing.

Lol, I literally just uploaded a video the other day with nearly the exact same title. I didn't even know there was another one like mine. Mine routine is a lot shorter, mind you. Nice performance though, it is not often I see a lot of female illusionists. :)

I don't want to brag about it, but I knew where the coin was all the time.
As someone said before, video quality is good, presentation good, but you should increase the speed up a bit. This is constructive criticism I think.

The jumbo coin was well handled after it was produced. But if i was a female magician id be muscle passing coins from a retention into my bra tbh. It follows the psychology of a person not looking there, and your hands move so much then they'll never see it! ahh well just a thought =)

Kate, don't listen to these guys who are critisizing your coin magic skills, I would bet $100 they don't perform much less create anything magicial. Your routine is beautifully constructed. It was fantastic and artistic in every sense of the word. It had what 99% of coin magic is lacking.....Entertaining to watch!!!!

Your coin techniques need work, the coin is to easy to follow even for a lay person the moves are to bold and and not very convincing you should stay away from the david stone style routines and seek influence from the likes of jay sankey, david roth, kainoa harbottle and the legendary tony slydini , i dont mean to offend by saying all this just my opinion, but to comment on your card skills lol..... they fcuking rock keep up the good work.

use bigger coins like silver half dollar. and believe that u are placing coin in your hand work on fake. Dont use only david stone's move's. Music and video quality are great :). watch ponta the smith and his routines
