I LUV Lane want them to have their own life away from Chloe/Billy & Delia. Delia is NOT his bio kid he didn't raise her from childhood (like Neil did w Lilly) so he needs to leave. Yes he bonded with her in the womb & paid for things but its not like Delia is 15 and Cane raised her, most of her life! He knew almost right afet she was born.
