Electrical load shedding of above 12 hrs a day also plays a major role in creating joblessness and poverty. World bank & IMF are begged for loans to remove poverty but due to no audit/monitoring by these major banks the amount sanctioned is finally eaten up by corrupt ruling class and the govt departments. Finally these loans play a basic role in promoting poverty & hypocrite rulers.
