@chinglis after you have you concrete image, paste it into the image, (above the splatter layer) i quote from the provided description, "Copy & paste the concrete image you downloaded and make sure its in the layer above the splatters then add a clipping mask by holding Alt and clicking between the 2 layers", or just right click on the concrete layer and click on create clipping mask. thats easier
