Try and run a load off the hydroxy (feed into air intake) and then LOAD THE BATTERY AFTER A RUN AND CHECK ITS NOT SURFACE CHARGE. I Dont think its surface charge well done

Curiosity kills me, Why is that the bemf is not fed back into the circuit? is there synchronization issue with it like you would find pairing or phasing ac? I know when you have lets see in my case.... 3 sources (generators) of ac like I did in when I was working @ the Hydro Electric powerhouses in upstate NY. you had to sync them...

Is that the issue.

I just saw your post on our watercar site.

I love the work you have done. Yup, it's awsome. You and I are both working on the same thing, but comming from different directions. While useing the counter EMF to charge your second battery, you can also use it to pulse blue ray lasers, use the UV to help break the water bonds.

@mikepowers420 , recharging a battery with the counter EMF will also condition the battery so it will take a charge from a normal charger much faster, and hold it for longer. The C-EMF puts some sort of coating on the plates in the battery, or at least from what I can tell.
