  • @ImJaared If you aren't too tall, it's mostly technique, and only a little strength on shoulders, abs, and "obliques"? (I don't remember how they are called, I'm spanish, sorry. The ones who are on the sides of abs)

  • @ahmprince sometimes it happens to me, i think it is the obliques, which keep the body straight, the external obliques are near the rib cage

  • The most important aspect of this is to have core strength, i find that after a couple days of core workouts i am able to do it for about 10 seconds whereas when i havent worked out for a week or so i can only go for 4-5.
