@ImJaared If you aren't too tall, it's mostly technique, and only a little strength on shoulders, abs, and "obliques"? (I don't remember how they are called, I'm spanish, sorry. The ones who are on the sides of abs)
The most important aspect of this is to have core strength, i find that after a couple days of core workouts i am able to do it for about 10 seconds whereas when i havent worked out for a week or so i can only go for 4-5.
