  • Wish they would bring this one out on their reunion tour!

  • 3 people's blued suede shoes were stomped on...

  • Toni \i ommi \is \superior

  • @xHindenburg What Ozzy was best known for was his uncanny ability to come up with melodies for Tony's riffs, all the guys in the band knew it and still acclaim him for that.

  • too much coke... should be a more relaxed tune

  • They rule.

  • Ozzy is kind of a shitty performer but when it comes to song writing he wrote some of the best.

  • @MultiRushfan Elvis didn't sing this song first and also, if he sucks, why do musicians that we love respect him?

  • @tatethompson1234 and pants...

  • @MrNikcccc hahaha

  • It's not that rare but cool. This is actually I believe January 1970. Right after they changed there from Earth to Black Sabbath. Ive seen this footage a ton of times. I can tell its not 1969 because of the Orange Amps there using.

  • Look at those sexy ass fucking orange amps...

    PURE ROCK AND ROLL!!!

  • This right here. This is why I love early Sabbath. They have songs about seeing the devil and nuclear apocalypse, but they still have fun on stage. Spectacular.

  • best blue suede shoes ever

  • 0 Dislikes, I like that!

  • fuck yes.

  • Yeah!!!! The early days of the fathers of metal!!!!

  • Its obviously after he lost his fingertips, you can clearly see the tape he has put on them to help protect them.

  • Hehehehe Ozzy is wearing blue shoes ^_^

  • probably before he lost his finger tips. it sounds like it's in the key of E

  • @lsdmofro this is after he lost his finger tips. It's in E, but Iommi used standard tuning in Black Sabbath and Paranoid before he tuned to C# in MoR

  • @hrabeaver It's in B, but they're tuned down to Eb.

  • @lsdmofro No if you look close you can see the plastic tips on his fingers, so it is after he lost his finger tips.

  • this before or after iommi lost his finger tips?

  • @ZOSOrulz1 Its actually after. when black sabbath was formed Tony's finger tips were already gone

  • @ZOSOrulz1

as you can see it was after... he can, because he is GOD!

  • geezer butler is the best bassman of the world!!

  • fuxkin amazing quality

  • I want Geezer's shirt

  • I believe this was also on a VHS release later with the Black Sabbath (song) video as well as the beat club vids for Iron Man and Paranoid.

  • This shouldn't work, but man oh man does it ever work!

  • is the same song from elvis but tempo faster, i'm right?

  • @horriblequin The lyrics are also a bit different

  • Well this isn't 1969, they were still known as Earth in 1969. This is in 1970 after the first album came out. It's an outtake for their television performance on the German music show "Beat Club"

  • @MattHatter no in early 69 they changed their name, they played under the name earth through 68 and early 69

  • @MattHatter this is 69, they were black sabbath, they probably had recorded the first album, but it wasnt out yet.

  • @beserker1912 Well they may have been Black Sabbath in 1969, but this is an outtake from their "Beat Club" television performance in 1970. This comes from the same performance as the promo for the song "Black Sabbath."

  • @MattHatter they did the beat club in 69 also.

  • @beserker1912 Well, the first album DID come out on Feb. 13, 1970 in the U.K., so maybe this was like December of 1969 or something.

  • @MattHatter Shit my dates were wrong, it was 70, but the first album hadnt been released in the U.S. yet. thats where my mistake was. So yea, it was on the first tour, you were right.

  • @beserker1912 LOL! That's o.k. man! Yeah Sabbath's first album wasn't released in the U.S. until June of 1970 I think.

  • @MattHatter Yea thats where my mistake was. Got dates mixed up. lol.

  • Is this realy in 1969 ? Great clip anyway.

  • it is rally great
