I learned about Cowboy Jack Clement through reviving my love of Waylon Jennings music and reading about him. What a talent and treasure Cowboy Jack Clement is. He's the kind of musician, songwriter, and singer who easily gets buried in the passage of time and as the public gets lost in the glamor and glitz that country western music and even rock and roll have become today. So it is great to me to be able to see and hear an artist on the ground floor of country music.

"Cowboy" Jack has known everyone in early rock and country from Hank Williams to Elvis. He worked at Sun Records, wrote songs (including this one) for Johnny Cash, and he is still active in the "bidness".
What an incredible talent!
