I was excited about my pac 13 bamboo mattress. However, the memory foam gave no support for my back. The factory sent me an firming mattress, no cost. I placed it under the bamboo quilt cover. Now I really like it, a lot firmer, Carl
This was helpful. Thank you for taking the time to make the video. I'm about to click "buy" on the website for a 13" PacBamboo queen, and this helped relieve some of the "what's it going to look like" anxiety.
I just bought one but having second thoughts about how long they last...I did more research after the purchase and heard some actual details that werent flattering to the product, not the run of the mill "this is the best bed we've ever had"...makes me wonder what these people slept on before. besides the novelty of watching the foam expand, are these as really as good as the ones the manufacturer compares his product to?
I can't tell you how long they last but our first queen was still in the same shape it came in after four years. We only bought a new one because we switched to a king. So far, so good after a year on the new one.
Your bedframe should be fine...since shooting this video, we have raised our BIAB mattress with a regular king boxspring and it supports it just fine. I just didn't like sleeping so low to the ground. We ended up buying our daughter a full sized BIAB mattress and she's the envy of all her friends.
We LOVE our Bed in a Box Mattress! We are buying a twin for our daughter as soon as we can. I had some hip pain before we switched an now it's gone. You won't want to get out of bed in the morning it's so comfortable. I think they offer your money back if not satisfied.

@canoeshoe I'm not sure but if you go the Bed in a Box website or call customer service, they can tell you for sure.

@canoeshoe FYI, in case you haven't looked into it yet, all of BIAB mattresses top layer have 3lb density memory foam
