i think it's considered good news for the japanese fans that there's going to be a fanmeeting in korea because he was talking about how he was in the US for about 3 years so japanese and korean fans had no way of meeting him or anything.. and since korea is close to japan, it's good for the japanese fans who couldn't see him during those 3 years. ^^
