Do you think that all the cars on the bridge and the vibrations is what's keeping it close to the bridge? It seems the whale is always close to the bridge in all these videos we see.

so sad to hear of her passing, but i heard the calf had swam out to sea, yeah? beautiful representation of the cycle of life. thank you for the vid!

@daninoly Yes the calf did head back to the ocean so all was not lost. Such an amazing site to see this with my own eyes!

@dthao23 we we told the whale seems to be feeding on the mud and filtering it out eating the crustations that live in the mud. Snails I guess??

@dthao23 i also have noticed this and wonder the same thing. Sad the mom didn't make it but at least her offspring will live on.
