the reason his back came forward is because he is pushing up with his butt using a lot of his hamstrings first, it's how you get more power. I think he knows how so squat since he can do 955lbs in a suit, or this raw >.>
@Power275 I understand the RPE number, but what purpose does it serve? A tool to tell if you're overtraining. or what? Either way I find it very interesting, and very strong lift as well!
@zmaybasser46 You can use it for lots of stuff. I use it to autoregulate the volume and intensity of my workload. That way the work is exactly where it needs to be to get the desired training effect. Google Reactive Training Systems. You'll find my website and a lot of the articles on that site will help you make sense of it and how it can help you.
thats crazy, big weight! :D Just wondering, what shoes do u use to train in/at competitions? Cause ive been training barefoot for squats and deads till now, hopefully planning on competing sometime this year, so just wondering if u could recommend any particular shoes to wear?

Greath strength. I heard you compete in the IPF. Do you also compete raw? In which federation, and what are the rules for depth?

Super solid lift. But why no RPE number?

Kinda hard to tag this one. It was a 9.5 by itself, but if I hadn't misgrooved it, it would be a 9. So, take your pick from those two, I guess.

These are the Safe's Contenders. I'm sure if you googled them, it would come up. They're kind of expensive, but worth every penny.
