Did this quest at level 11. Hardest thing...ever. I had to avoid everything in that last room with the mushrooms.

@MakeWarNotLovecraft Go get the Mace of Molag Bal in Markarath to the right it'll be a guy outside the abandoned house. Make the game a lot easier
