This is a low quality version of the vid, so it's hard to see the "girl", but she's definitely there. Whether it's a ghost... that's a different story. Step 1. Buy the shittest quality camera you can buy

Step 2. Make sure you capture the 'ghost' for only a split second

Step 3. Scream and shake the camera to reduce the quality further - shit quality is important for when non-believers try to call it fake as you can simply reply to them 'you can't prove it'. This is why no one has ever captured ghost footage on a decent camera.
