Ah, I remember when my father was playing this game I was all excited and stuff and at the end there was a huge grin on my face sayin' "Goddamn epic, YEAH OMNUHMNN", after these 8 years I played the PEII on my playstation, beat it and had the exact same grin on my face. Bad thing is that THEY killed Aya, these news thrilled me, it was like an arrow goin' through the heart, I read it on wikipedia, but still... The heck? @Alextheghul She sorta dies. Not really. It's not disclosed. Like the dudes that was trying to control Eve told her that Aya would die. But at the end Aya says 'I won't disappear.' and in the secret ending, it shows her again walking past Eve on her 4th birthday.

Parasite eve 1- 2 imo two of the most underrated games of all time which is so puzzling. I personally like 2 just alittle bit more then the 1 but i love both games.

I am pretty sure I felt my eyes widen, along with a small chill, when I glanced over the familiar looking shape that rose from the remains of the Reactor. My reaction was most likely something along the lines of, "No WAY...is that...no...WHAT!?" Definitely one of the defining moments of the game.

Anyway, absolutely lovely track. Elegant & soothing, but also gets your adrenaline & reflexes into gear. Fitting as you confront a being composed of both otherworldly grace & a cold, ruthless strength.

I remember this song, After try a few times, finally defeat the ultimate being, i think (for the harsness of the boss) that was all, then she caught eve and take his last form, my words, "no way, this is impossible, this is not fair"jajajajajajaja, some practice made me finally finish this game, it was hard, but certainly satisfactory

although I had to use my healing ability alot since I kept running into the enemies, its controls to move aya were not its strong point of the game lemme tell ya that.

This was definately the game i've hard the hardest time with at the last boss too. However, i did have a harder time on vagrant story because i sucked ass and had to kill a 800 HP boss with 1 HP hits. LOL. Took me 7 hours to beat the vagrant story boss :P Wheras PE took me around 4ish hours.

By far the best song on the soundtrack - but in my opinion, that's not saying much. Most of this OST is really just ambiance rather than the kind of memorable compositions that characterized the first Parasite Eve. I wouldn't have thought much of Mizuta's work based on my experience with this game.

that was the first game that made me jump and yell for joy when I beat the final boss! remember like it was yesterday. had to play on the tv in my parents room and shot eve with the g-launcher and when the screen turned white I was like "YEAH!!" XP

I know what you mean. For me, this was one of the toughest final battles in any game I've ever played.

I can't get you two. Even at Nightmare mode it's easy to kill the final bosses. It's just equip the best weapon (AS-12 with Slug shells), cast Power Shot, equip the armor with most HP ad some PE (Tactical...SWAT jacket, or Aya special if able) and the rest is the combine of what you've learned fighting the killer cows, the golems and the ugl raptors.

That and learning how does an attack does after the first launch. I mean, it's not that hard (despite it's a lot of stuff to do).

Yet I would NEVER call Eve on Nightmare mode EASY. Never.
