  • Very nice, how about trying a slow controlled muscle up instead of using kip/momentum?

    Its important to focus on good form as well, that way you are getting all the benefits the exercise offers and making your training harder. You all kip so much its barely a muscle up. But, I think its impressive regardless that you go 8 mins like this and the deadlift is good weight too.
