@dragoguy123 The Millerite movement did the same thing as Camp is doing, but back in 1844 and the Adventist church was born out of that movement, but that was the time we realized more of what the Bible said and we as Adventists will not set another date predicting the end of the world. Because of the disappointment in the Millerite movement we went back to studying the Bible and found Matt. 24:36 which plainly states No one will know the time of his coming. Good came out of the Millerite

I am a Christian and I find all this stuff preposterous. The Bible clearly states "The day of Judgment known by no man nor angel, only the Holy Father in Heaven." Only God knows when Judgment day is going to happen, and when it does Jesus will fulfill his promise, "I'll be back." See Christians can have some fun too.

Ok I have to dispute something you stated in your video about hell being EVERLASTING as in goes on and on. God's Presence consumes sin. In Deut. 4:24, God is the consuming fire. and God has no beginning and no end. He is the everlasting fire. The hell fires are not going to stay burning for all eternity. God's presence near sin is likened unto a consuming fire. Heb. 12:28-29.. Lamentations 2:3, and Isaiah 33:14, Psalm 5:4-6

There's two fundamental flaws in the argument presented on the title screen of this video.
1. THERE IS NO PROOF IN SCRIPTURE, IT'S A WORK OF FICTION.
2. THERE ARE NO PROPHETS OTHER THAN FALSE PROPHETS.
I appreciate the sentiment, really, but attempting to use the Bible as an evidentiary base is like bringing a banana to a gunfight, the appreciable will to fight is there, but the tools to be victorious are not!

In this instance it's pretty clear to reasonable people that the rapture was ridiculous. But a person who would believe it would believe it for religious reasons. In this way using religious arguments to counter this religious argument has a greater chance of actually convincing someone, which is kind of the point of arguing.

@dragoguy123 The Millerite movement did the same thing as Camp is doing, but back in 1844 and the Adventist church was born out of that movement, but that was the time we realized more of what the Bible said and we as Adventists will not set another date predicting the end of the world. Because of the disappointment in the Millerite movement we went back to studying the Bible and found Matt. 24:36 which plainly states No one will know the time of his coming. Good came out of the Millerite
