The whole thing with Roy Khan and this band is that he made them a Dutch symphonic band. He also got them into the gothic theme. Most people I know struggle over the fact that Kamelot is an AMERICAN band. They spend time in Holland and around Mark Jansen and Epica to the point they feel like a Dutch symphonic band. The Simone female vocals just adds to it. Last year they moved to the Tampa area to be around Night Ranger and Savatage.The results of that should be interesting to say the least.
