I can't use Instant Repair (When i clicked it there's no Cursor range or something like where you gonna place it ....it just consume that Instanr Repair etc...) or Tank Drop or the Cannon ( the one that is superweapon... i don't remember it's name )

If so, right click on the first decade shortcut(the one on the desktop), click on properties and go to the compatibility tab and select Run On Windows XP service pack 2.

That should fix it.

you got that right the problem is that the plane wasn't carrying atomic bomb and the enemy wasn't Hiroshima or Nagasaki, Japan. The plane appears to be carrying a powerful nuclear bomb or maybe the meaning of "H" in the "H-Bomb" is high nuclear bomb. Or maybe the meaning of "H" in this is Hiroshima Bomb.
