Jason Isbell's first two solo albums are good but this latest one is great! I agree, check out Jason's latest called 'Here We Rest'. You won't regret it, especially if you appreciate all of his great work on DBT albums.
@Article8UK MY EYES HAVE SEEN THE GLORY AT TRAMPLIN AT THE ZOO WE WHASHED OUR SELVES IN NIGGERS BLOOD AND ALL THE MONGRELS TO WE ARE TAKING DOWN THE ZION MACHINE JEW BY JEW BY JEW THE WHITE MAN MARCHES ON
I feel sorry for people that haven't heard DBT. This band has single-handedly restored my faith in Rock 'n Roll and all of the positive things that bit can do for ones psyche. DBT, The Black Keys, Kings of Leon, queens of the Stone Age and My Morning Jacket are the saviours with swords and shields fighting a battle against the formulaic corprorate rock and rap bullshit that has permeated the airwaves of radio for the last 15 years.
I seen these guys open up for the Black Crows in Detroit. I remember the whole concert. It was one of the best live shows I have ever been to. I still don't remember going home. My buddy and me woke up in his truck in front of my house the next morning with it still running. Thank God nothing bad happened..... But what a *^*&*& good show!
my mom has this song on her ipod and i always skipped it then i listened to it and im addicted! this song is amazing! and sad... and beautiful!!!!!!!!
