Read a book about the engineer for the Beatles. he said that when lennon brought this song in, EVERYONE was completely silent. Jaws dropped and didnt want to do this tune. LOL....its brilliant. woulnt you say?

John Lennon, the amazing songwriter/singer he was with gems like" I'm the Walrus" made the Beatles the great band they were.

He was without question the most gifted and perhaps the most disturbed emotionally but that's what made his songs great in a unique way.

...and let's not forget the genius of George Martin who produced this music. There's no way the Beatles knew enough about arranging and composing music to sound like that. He gave them their depth and polish.

...great and timeless.
