By beating the game multiple times increases your stamina/health. Also, by eating a certain fruits/lizard tails increases your stamina/health too. iIrC, getting the white horse required you to beat all/most of the Colossus in a Time Attack Mode.
Normal sword slash can use on first Colossus (it cuts less than one second). You jump and slash it feet, then grab its hairs and perform normal stab to make it to fall.
Too bad that this glitch cannot really use on the NTA/HTA. Only potential place to use it would be Colossus #8.
You must hit the wall as fast as possible and right before landing, turn around and do the last swing so it doesn't hit the wall. If you touch the ground exact moment when you're middle of a hit that doesn't hit the wall, then it should succeed. This works at least in PAL version, prob on other versions, too.
it ends with them throwing ur sword in a reflecting pool and unleashing its power, sucking you into oblivion. you get to try to struggle against it for a minute.
not really, all it did was revert you back to an infant with horns (i think he already had horns) it also revealed that the character in SotC was obviously a great great relative to Ico in the game Ico (lol)

You may want to try this trick a not so high places at first. Like wall near to #2, or in the tower where's #8.

That is truly awesome. absolutely magnificent. Does that work anywhere else? Like from the top of the spiral staircase in the shrine of worship? And your health bar makes you look like a boss character from Warrior Within!
it works everywhere that isn't forced to the "death". Places such top of Secret Garden's hole to the temple, the cliff on #15th place, same with #16, etc.
Your last hit cannot hit wall and you have to hit air right before touching the ground in order to succeed on the trick. I tried it out about 5 times before succeeding on it. =P
it wasnt that ya see agro was right under me and it did some sort of glitch where when i got close enough to him agro spun around like a 360 and his head hit me and killed me i know it sounds wierd but it happend

I think that both is max. The Stamina meter doesn't recover back to max in the video.
Also, fruits would give +Life, White Lizard Tails gives +Stamina, and killing a Colossus gives +Life and +Stamina.
