  • where can i find that movie???

  • Why do you think this is racist?

  • oh please...Hollywood style is not going to make real a fake

  • passage to Bogus

  • passage to racism more like it. I know what they believed back then. Things change though and I do my best to respect all religions, but that doesn't mean some aren't Bogus.

  • passage to racism....oh wait, mormons ignore that part now.....lol

  • When are they going to make a movie about Joseph Smith marrying other men's wives (while they are still married) and marrying 14 yr old girls? I can't wait. It will probably have an R rating because of adult content and sexual situations.

  • @TilemanSD Because he never took on additional wives. He only ever had one.

  • @babbfamilyidaho Guess again. read the history of the Church. Its a church publication, its ok to do so. JS had 32 wives. Know your history before you speak my friend.

  • @TilemanSD im a hipster and i know mah historys

  • yo...Zarahmla sounds Arabic....iz yall high?lol

  • OMG the original native Americans were white Caucasian Jews from the Middle East?

Boy have those stupid Anthropologists gotten it wrong over the years! Geez what a bunch of morons!

Thank you for setting the record straight Joseph Smith!

  • @fwanson LOL!!

  • Let me know when the film version of The Book of Zelph comes out. Who should play Tiger Lilly?

  • Fiction about fiction. Funny.

  • There is a challenge for $100,000 for one piece of evidence supporting the Book of Mormon. So far this prize has not been claimed. The book of mormon is a total fabrication. Everyone knows it..

  • Really where?

  • I saw this movie and loved it for what it was.

The book of Mormon is TRUE!

  • GREAT VIDEO

  • I think about half of the missionaries on my mission never cracked open (voluntarily) the BoM OR the Bible OR the D&C OR the POGP. They were too engrossed in studying/memorizing the "Big Six" (six discussions).

  • Lol @ All these Mormons critisizing people for not reading the BOM. When I was a TBM convert most of the members I knew never read the BOM all the way through. The fact is most of you havent read your book ethier. I knew BIC members my age (18 at the time) who had seminary who never the BOM. They were amazed I read it along with all the D&C. Some of them went on missions still having never read it. But like good lil' morgbots they knew the church was true. LOL!!!

  • A fantasy movie about a fantasy book.

Remember, you're talking again about that religious organization that was started by a guy who used a rock in his hat to get messages from God. Okay, yes, good luck with that. You've got your work cut out for you.

All the best to you in your studies.

  • Its interesting that everyone on this page who is antimormon has neglected the fact that they have never read The Book Of Mormon. They don't because they are afraid that if they do actually read they'll believe that its true. You can argue back and forth but unless you read it then you really have no ground to stand upon. Its like saying that you hate a certain food that you haven't even tried.

  • What makes you think I have never read the book of MORmON before? I have read it and the koran, and those are the main reasons I don't believe in either MORmONISM or islam, I have studied and learned their rather twisted and cultic beliefs and I'm sorry but something that irrelovent and unrealistic isn't worth believing in.

  • I am former Mormon. I have read the BoM all the way through 7 times and referenced it for lessons and talks HUNDREDS of times.

For me, spicy, your assertion that we "never read the Book of Mormon" is a premeditated LIE designed to discredit.

When I read it I found it a little strange that Alma (via the "Chief Judge") found it necessary to write notes to Korihor (Alma

30:59) after Korihor was struck dumb (couldn't speak)--BUT HE COULD HEAR just fine. WTF??

  • Well then I wasn't talking to you. You can leave the church but you can't leave the church alone. And being "dumb" in olden times means that you just can't speak.

  • Comment removed

  • The other way works too. We can leave the Ch. but the church can't leave US alone. It's like when you step in dog shit, you can't escape without some of it sticking to your shoes.

"Dumb" means what it means. So why does this "prophet of god" completely miss the obvious fact that Korihor could HEAR--meaning there was no need to "write notes" to him. Another prophet bites the dust.

  • I just wash my shoes and the sh!t is gone....dork

  • It's easier not to step in it in the first place, isn't it??

  • Around the time of King Zedekiah a man named Lehi and his family along with their wives were led out from Jerusalem by the hand of the Lord and led to ancient America. After Lehi died there was a dividing of the families. Some believed that Nephi should be in charge others believed that Laman should be in charge. In the end those who wanted to follow the Lord followed Nephi and became Nephites. Those who followed Laman became Lamanites and the two nations were at war off and on for 1000years

  • Don't leave out the obvious facts, spicy.

Those who followed Laman were cursed by God with a black skin, a LOATHSOME skin, so that they would not be attractive to the white and pure and delightsome Nephites.

  • teach me about the battle between the nephittes and the others. What is it all about. I don't understand?

  • Which their history is a total crock of shit because if you look at the carbon dating and fossil records of humans in North America going back it shows that Humans were here long before the Nation of Israel was even a nation, because humans even settled in Israel.

  • umm yes there is actually. You're acting like a pharisee from the New Testament. The Savior Himself told them that they who seek signs are not of him. Anyways I'm done with this conversation. I love talking religion but we're going in circles. You've stated your reasons for your belief and I've stated mine and I don't think either one of us is going to sway the other. Have a nice day though!

  • Where? Where? Where? Calling names and retreating without providing said evidence is a typical Mormon trick in order to maintain your belief and obfuscate and deny the reality of the facts and evidence against you.

Please keep researching. Find out what the fields of archeology, anthropology, geology and history in general say about the realities of your claims. Again I ask you, why does the evidence show the opposite of your claims? Does truth even matter to you? Truth matters!

    Keep studying

  • Okay, ExmormonFoundation, why on EARTH are you watching our videos when your obviously bent against us to begin with. I'm 1 billion percent against abortion, so personally I avoid videos about them, not seek them out.

  • Brigham Young,:

"Now if any of you will deny the plurality of wives, and continue to do so, I promise that you will be damned."

    Well You better get busy!

Heck, look at it this way?

7 wives means sex a different wife every night!

Hey,.... you know,..... on second thought,

maybe Mr. Young wasn't such a Bad Guy after all ? And I Don't want to go to hell, sooooo,

Where can I sign Up? ha ha ha ha !

  • To use an old country idiom...."You are pounding sand down a rat hole"..... undertaking an impossible task and a waste of your time

  • If you've never read The Book Of Mormon then you have no ground to stand upon to say that its not true no matter what you've heard. Its as simple as that and you can't argue your way around it.

  • Have you read about the book of mormon? I am really truely lost as to what this was all about.

  • That's absurd! One does not have to remove one's arm to know that such would not be beneficial.

The book is pure fantasy with no bearing in the real world, including zero, absolutely zero evidence to back up its so-called historical claims.

As former members ranging from Bishops, Gospel Doctrine teachers, RS Presidents, RM's etc. we know the story, we know the deceptions and we know it is all a fraud.

Keep doing your research Mormons. It is simply not what it claims to be.

    All the best!

  • You still haven't said whether or not you've read it to find out for yourself if its true. All we ask is that you read and pray about it and find out for yourself rather than going to false sources.

  • Oh yes, read, read and re-read the silly farce many times. We know your testimony is your last bastion of defense because it just does not register with you that it could all be a fraud.

It is quite simple. Ask yourself why nothing, absolutely nothing in the BoM is validated outside of Mormonism? No one knows where it happened, this supposed iron age civilization just vanished, leaving no trace of itself, not even a wheel, chariot, steel sword or measly shiblon.

  • Not to mention that the cultures and civilizations that are to be found in ancient America have absolutely no bearing on those described in the BoM. How could this be? Is the Mormon god trying to trick us with some bizarre test of faith?

The BoM is not what it claims, it is a fabrication. As a former missionary, all I can do is tell you to study it out extensively, examining all sources and see if it is real. If it is, it won't need spin, apologetics or nonsensical claims to be valid.

  • Actually there are plenty of archaeological proofs that the events in The Book Of Mormon happened. There have been dozens of books written about proof as well. But even archaeological proof won't sway your opinion. The only answer that will convince you is the one from God. Thats how I received my answer. By their fruits ye shall know them as Matthew 7:20 tells us. Also we walk by faith not by sight 2 Corinthians 5:7. I know these things are true not because of archaeological findings.

  • NO THERE ARE NOT!! Do not lie, do not obfuscate! Your claims demand proof & evidence that such a reality in the BoM actually existed. You cannot retreat to the metaphysical when you make claims which supposedly took place in reality!

Why do no other non-Mormon sources confirm these marvelous, extra-ordinary claims of your BoM? Why would actual scientists try their hardest not to confirm the Mormon claims? Satan? Deception? Ego? Absurd!

Please research! Be honest in your inquiry. Truth Matters!

  • Since you used to be a returned missionary, then why are you so against the church? and YES the truth does matter!!!

You know if you actually DID research, then you WOULD find evidence that the BoM is not just made up!!! Do yourself a favor and do your own research. don't just rely on other people's "research" if you looked for evidences that showed the realities in the book of mormon, you would see. Don't be so blind!

  • to ExmormonFoundation

  • I know this makes you feel better, but please understand that the evidence is not in favor of the BoM. The evidence is strongly against the veracity of its claims. It's hard to see that you have been conned, but truth really does matter & your desire to believe is clouding the issue. We were just like you once. If the BoM's claims are valid, why is it that the non-Mormon scientific community refutes and ignores its claims? The evidence my friend, the evidence.

    mormon think d o t c o m

  • Can you PROVE beyond a shadow of doubt the Trojan war happened???

  • Your question is not germane to the claims of Mormonism. The onus is on you & the Mormon Church to support your claims of the realities of Mormonism. If the BoM was real, there would be evidence to support such, and people from all walks of life and disciplines could personally verify the validity of such claims. There would be no need for spin or apologetics , it would simple be true. Please remember the following: Extraordinary Claims Demand Extraordinary Evidence.

    MormonThink d o t c o m

  • Interesting. Could you cite some good pro-BoM books for me to read?

  • The most inaccurate, biased historical movie ever conceived by Mormons.

This is going to enrage Aboriginals rather than make them see the "light"....

  • I'm a morman, and to me, ur the 1 being biased. If u don't want do belive it its not my problam, but u dont have to start pulling crap out of your butt-hole(arse)!!!!!!! I dont care about u or your little snobby, smart-alick comments, keep your opinions to yourself because i take this VERY offenivly. You basicly just trashed my religion and i

'm pretty P*SSED off about. For your fyi, the movie is acurate based on the book of morman, wich you havn't even read.

  • If you are a MORmON then I feel sorry for you. The fact of the matter is this is America and I have a right when I see something I don't like to protest it and this is total bigotry to Native American's who need saw the face of God, nor had ever heard of him before the white settlers came to the America's and We whites are not, nor were we ever the real Jews so stop the MORmON hatred, bigotry, and intolerance and pull your head out of your ass.

  • Very true.

  • omg! chris heimerdinger's daughter is in my math class!

  • The book of mormon is true. They were on the verge of becoming a great civilization, but they stopped obeying the commandments of God. When that happens, destruction speedily comes. In order to understand the book of Mormon, we have to learn of what was happening to Israel even before the time of Sedequias, King of Judah. Constant study and prayer is what guides me to understand the Mind of an all Loving, Almighty, Wonderful God.

  • Are you really that dense, the Native American's were always pegans. God never came to America and We whites are not the true jews. MORmONS are simply bigots, and liers that can't deal with reality. The Book Of MORmON is a total lie written by a man that either himself lied or say a demon, oh wait you did know there was a demon named mormon right?

  • Nightshift10000 if you actually had a higher IQ then you wouldn't be typing like this MORmONs

  • I thought MORmONS believed that all Native Americans were White in those days, but that apparently doesn't apply in this Movie However I have to say MORmONS believe a lot of crazy things that aren't really true.

  • if you've read the book of mormon SOME were native not ALL...and i will also say this

People are afraid of what they don't know.

  • Uh I know enough about this history of the MORmON church and the fact that Joesph Smith found some gold plate and some magic stones out in the woods (That no one ever saw) and read them out of a hat (Again that no one ever saw) and when the original prints for the book were hidden and Smith was told they were lost Smith got angry and then saying God was angered with him made another print that was different from the first of course proving that the book of MORmON was a fraud. So tell Me another.

  • u dont hav ur facts straight. No where in the book of mormon does it say anything about reading out of a hat. and people did see the golden plates. in the begining of the book of mormon there is a page that states that 11 people saw the plates. and if u think its raciest, then i'm being raciest agentst myself because i'm 1/2 bcherokee, and 1/8 souix. i dont care what you belive, seriously. All i want to point out is that you dont have all the facts right. u can still call me a moron i wont care

  • I have all my facts straight about this sudo - religious cult and yes if you are a MORmON and a Native American then you are racist against yourself totally. Natives and Whites are not the Original Jews, the Jews in Israel are the Original Jews, and not 11 other people didn't see the plates, if you look at it that was a rumor and for the fucking record I really REALLY don't care what you believe either you just need to do a little research on MORmONISM and you'll see.

  • If your REALLY don't care why are you posting on here like an idiot! Sheesh.

  • I haven't comment on this stupid, racist movie in a long time but thanks for acknoledging Me all the same you MORmON prick.

  • @Nightshift10000 its not a racist movie retar

  • @Lordmanify Oh God I thought We Closed this stupid conversation a long time ago. Yes This movie (along with the MORmON religion) is racist and frankly as I explore and study it just doesn't make any sense what so ever.

  • @Nightshift10000 As a non mormon, your views of mormons are racist. Mormons are good people and *most* are not fanatic. I have met fanatics, but I assure you, 99% of mormons are not that way. Look into something more before you judge it based off un true rumors.

  • @CHEVYedsf And that of course is your uninfrmed opinion, but what ever.

  • @Nightshift10000 Since I was raised in the mormon church (I left for personal reasons), I know what Im talking about.

  • @Nightshift10000 live and let live...

  • absolutely.... preposterous and absurd... of Natives? lol

  • It's also racist of the Native Americans as well.

  • crazy ass mormons, cool movie if it wasnt so overly silly

  • i think it looks great, if u too were a mormon then u would like it

  • Middoni wouldn't have spoken english. He would have spoken soem form of Mixe-Zoquean....sigh...hollywood

    ; )

  • ok i just saw this movie like 5 miniuts ago and let me tell u it was soooooo good and Moronai Kanekoa was so hawt in this movie he did a great job so did Summer(main girl) btw i was wondering how old is Moronai Kanekoa can any1 tell me if u can that would be great

  • OMG I live in a huge city called Leeds this could be confusing if you're from Yorkshire (England).

  • how come the speak english?

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA stupid Mormons!! This is going to be a great comedy!!

  • ur wierd, most people admire mormons, people are afraid of what they don't know

  • And I was treated very badly by MORmONs in My past, escpecially so when I wouldn't convert to their cult-like religion.

  • I'm sorry if this offends you, but I just have to high of an IQ pointage to believe this crap could ever be really. Especially the part that says Adam And Eve were from America, when We have the fossil record on the scientific side and on the Biblical side it makes it very clear that the Gardan of Eden was in the Middle East. Besides with DNA and Geographical records working against MORmONism there's not very much to hold on too.

  • If you had a high IQ you wouldn't have had so many grammatical errors in this post......too not "to"......reality not "really".....Garden not "Gardan".......MORON!

  • ...ok but you don't have to be afraid of something to dislike it....you just have to not like it.

  • I still haven't had the chance to see it. I really hope I can though.

  • Kids all over Utah are gonna love this fairytale.

  • i LOVED the book, i can't wait to see this!!!

it made me tear up, and a book hasn't made me to that in a long, long time...

i Still whis that the next tennis shoes book would come out soon....

SALUDOS A ELDER KANEKOA.

  • As a Mormon, I must admit this film looks corny and stupid.

  • As a Mormon who's seen it more than once in a full theater, I assure you it's neither corny nor stupid. You take out what you take in. Kids especially love it. It's fun action/adventure and it's clean Mormon best.

  • As a Mormon who hasn't seen it, I respect your opinion but mine stays the same.

  • @smitters21 its a good movie ive seen it
