Tough subject that needs to be made by each individual at their own choosing. I have prevented gay youth as young as 12 from committing suicide. They were depressed, confused and many felt alone. Most are Christians and that hurt them more when they were told God considers them an abomination.

Perez Hilton was an extremely poor choice for a spokesperson. He's an extreme statistical outlier who scares people deeper into rather than encouraging people out of the closet. However, it is wrong to wish such venom on anyone. There are enough people out there mongering fear and hate, which Hilton, himself, has been guilty. If you want to make a real change - VOTE! If you can't vote for something/one that will help us, then think of it as voting against something/one that will harm us.
