@1DarkMasK1 dark phoenix usually just goes on a rampage and doesn't usually have any allies. dark phoenix would get crushed in Dormammu's realm, but outside, he is significantly weaker. think about a nourished galactus, very powerful, but a hungry galactus isn't nowhere near as powerful as he could be.

dark phoenix could just take energy from an asteroid or planet and use it against dormammu

No one really likes to read about supernatural characters unless they have human qualities.
